Nutmeg, a six bedroom villa and all its amenities – pool, 5-acre garden, gazebo and outdoor shower – have been designed for your pleasure and relaxation. We want you to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, exercising, listening to music, watching TV or DVDs or simply chatting with friends over drinks and a good meal.

Our stunning 5-acre property nestled amidst lush greenery, overlooking the sparkling ocean. Dive into our beautiful outdoor pool and unwind on the spacious veranda, or sway gently in the cozy hammock area. Our indoor-outdoor living rooms provide the perfect blend of comfort and tropical vibes. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, shower, and TV with ample space for your comfort. As you wake up to ocean views and let the gentle breeze lull you into relaxation. Our fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining area invite you to savor the delightful Jamaican culinary experience. Whether you prefer to whip up your favorite dishes or let our staff prepare for you. The friendly Nutmeg Villa team is here to cater to your needs. They’ll stay in their own private lodging, ensuring your complete privacy and freedom during your stay.
We provide complimentary Airport transfers and a full time driver for bookings of 7 nights or more. For bookings of less than 7 nights we can arrange Airport transfers and a driver on request for an additional charge.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION: Homeowner reserves the right to request proof of identification.  

GUEST ACCESS:  Guests have full and exclusive use of the villa.

GRATUITY: The recommended amount of the Gratuity is 10% between Dec 15-April 14 and 15% otherwise of the total cost of the accommodations. Guests are requested to pay a cash gratuity directly to the staff prior to departure. 

 NOTE: 7 nights minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. 4 nights minimum for all other weeks.

Bedroom 2
King-size bed, makeup area, large bathroom with bidet and bathtub-shower combination. This bedroom has beautiful Chippendale furniture which was made in Jamaica in the 1960's and carefully restored this year. TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, Room Safe.
Bedroom 3
King-size bed, large en-suite bathroom with walk-in drench rain shower. TV, AC, Ceiling Fans, Room Safe.
Bedroom 4
Optional king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathroom. TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, Room Safe.
Bedroom 5
Optional king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathroom. TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, Room Safe.
Games Room/Bedroom 6
Option of three twin beds ~ or one twin bed plus one king-size bed. Extremely spacious room with pool table, TV, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Accessed by an exterior spiral staircase. Opens to a private terrace. Suitable for adults, teens, or a family.
