Nutmeg, a six bedroom villa and all its amenities – pool, 5-acre garden, gazebo and outdoor shower – have been designed for your pleasure and relaxation. We want you to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, exercising, listening to music, watching TV or DVDs or simply chatting with friends over drinks and a good meal.

Discover the true essence of Jamaica at Nutmeg Villa, an elegant villa with a panoramic ocean view in the prestigious Spring Farm area in Montego Bay. Our stunning 5-acre property nestled amidst lush greenery, overlooking the sparkling ocean. Dive into our beautiful outdoor pool and unwind on the spacious veranda, or sway gently in the cozy hammock area. Our indoor-outdoor living rooms provide the perfect blend of comfort and tropical vibes. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, shower, and TV with ample space for your comfort. As you wake up to ocean views and let the gentle breeze lull you into relaxation. Our fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining area invite you to savor the delightful Jamaican culinary experience. Whether you prefer to whip up your favorite dishes or let our staff prepare for you. The friendly Nutmeg Villa team is here to cater to your needs. They’ll stay in their own private lodging, ensuring your complete privacy and freedom during your stay.

We provide complimentary Airport transfers and a full time driver for bookings of 7 nights or more. For bookings of less than 7 nights we can arrange Airport transfers and a driver on request for an additional charge.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION: Homeowner reserves the right to request proof of identification.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have full and exclusive use of the villa.

GRATUITY: The recommended amount of the Gratuity is 10% between Dec 15-April 14 and 15% otherwise of the total cost of the accommodations. Guests are requested to pay a cash gratuity directly to the staff prior to departure.

NOTE: 7 nights minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. 4 nights minimum for all other weeks.

Large Suite comprising of King-size four-poster mahogany bed in en-suite bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, double vanities, Dressing room. Den/Office with a TV, sound system, Printer/copier. AC, Ceiling Fans, Room Safe

Bedroom 2

King-size bed, makeup area, large bathroom with bidet and bathtub-shower combination. This bedroom has beautiful Chippendale furniture which was made in Jamaica in the 1960's and carefully restored this year. TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, Room Safe.

Bedroom 3

King-size bed, large en-suite bathroom with walk-in drench rain shower. TV, AC, Ceiling Fans, Room Safe.

Bedroom 4

Optional king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathroom. TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, Room Safe.

Bedroom 5

Optional king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathroom. TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, Room Safe.

Games Room/Bedroom 6

Option of three twin beds ~ or one twin bed plus one king-size bed. Extremely spacious room with pool table, TV, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Accessed by an exterior spiral staircase. Opens to a private terrace. Suitable for adults, teens, or a family.

The grounds and villa were beautiful and well kept, the service was excellent and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I expected the beautiful country to be the reason to return but truly our interactions with Ann, Reshine, Uwain, Sheema, Dave (Darin) & Maureen are what will keep me coming back. Food by Sheema was delicious and gorgeously prepared, we loved talking with the staff and doing tours around the villa, Uwayne even cut down coconuts on our fifth day for us to enjoy. Shane made us delicious drinks to enjoy as well. Rooms are comfortable with
AC and connected bathrooms in each room, they also open all the way up to the outside so you can enjoy the views. It felt very safe and relaxing the entire time we are very grateful we picked Nutmeg Villa.

This house was absolutely everything and more. The pictures dont do it justice - every room has a bathroom, the property sits on 5 acres of land. The staff was amazing, chef was super accommodating and the food was delicious, we had security and staff with us the whole time, and they are a great group! This is such a great house for a trip with friends or family, super kid friendly. The host also connected us with a transportation company that were our tour guides all weekend. They recommended and helped me put the itinerary together and chaperoned us everywhere. I will be coming back here again and again and again!!!!!

My husband and I were instantly hooked from our very first visit to Nutmeg Villa and we have come back again and again with our kids, our parents, and our friends. Every visit has suited each age group, activity level and addressed everyone’s personal preferences, including our most recent visit in March. Everyone we bring to Nutmeg falls in love with the ocean view, the lovely accommodations, the delicious chef prepared meals and the professional, warm & welcoming staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel both at home and on a private pampered vacation. It’s the best of both worlds!

The property itself is captivating with its sprawling grounds and an abundance of flowering plants, fruit & nut trees. Ask for a tour and you will be gladly taken around the premises and given an in-depth description and taste of it all, along with an explanation of the medicinal uses of some of the plants. It’s a special added treat. Ask the staff to join in some board games and dance parties in the evenings and get ready for some memories to take home! So much good-hearted fun.

We were happy enjoying the swimming pool and playing table tennis and billiards on property but, as Nutmeg guests, we also had access to the beach at Half Moon Bay Resort which is just across the road so, we took advantage of that as well. If you’re a golf lover like my husband, then you will be happy to know that Half Moon Bay Golf course is literally just a stone’s throw away.

I rarely write reviews but after our last visit (of many) I thought I should stop harboring this place for myself and share the joy. It truly is a gem. If you have the opportunity to visit, don’t hesitate. You will not be disappointed!
